Working with 312 Doulas was an incredibly positive experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I met Heather and Victoria, I knew I had found our doulas who would be an invaluable presence during our childbirth journey.

Firstly, Heather’s birth support was exceptional. She possessed a deep knowledge of the birthing process and was able to guide me through every stage with compassion and expertise. I had a very quick labor and my daughter entering the world less than an hour after arriving at the hospital. Her calming presence and unwavering support helped me feel confident and empowered throughout a chaotic hospital admission experience. Additionally, she not only advocated for my wishes when I couldn’t speak, but also helped me make informed decisions by providing evidence-based information and facilitating communication with my medical team. 312 Doulas has a phenomenal reputation among area hospitals and there was never any tension between Heather and the medical team. 

Heather and Victoria’s expertise in Hypnobabies instruction was a true game-changer. Through this program I learned relaxation techniques, and self-hypnosis methods that allowed me to manage discomfort. Ultimately, Hypnobabies also helped me to maintain a sense of tranquility and peace during labor. It was truly empowering to discover the incredible mind-body connection and harness it for a positive birth experience.

Furthermore, Victoria and Heather’s knowledge of spinning babies techniques was invaluable. During a home visit, Victoria taught me exercises and positions to encourage optimal fetal positioning. Moreover, this facilitated a smoother labor and reduced the likelihood of complications. Her expertise helped me feel in-control, knowing that I was actively preparing my body and baby for birth.

What truly set this 312 Doulas apart was their genuine care and dedication. They went above and beyond to create a personalized birth plan that honored my preferences, values, and desires. Heather and Victoria took the time to get to know me and my husband. Ultimately, building a strong rapport and ensuring that we felt supported and heard. 

I’m so grateful for the education 312 Doulas provided for my husband. They taught him skills which empowered him to be my main support throughout my labor. When I realized I was in labor, he was well-prepared. He knew exactly what needed to happen to get me to the hospital safely. Once we arrived at the hospital he was educated in Hypnobabies and knew the right phrases to make me feel calm and secure. 

Working with this 312 Doulas was truly a transformative experience. Their commitment and genuine passion for supporting birthing individuals and their families made all the difference. Thanks to their expertise in birth support, Hypnobabies, and Spinning Babies, I was able to navigate birth with confidence. I will forever be grateful for the impact 312 Doulas had on my birth experience and the memories I now cherish.
